Cyber GTM Alliance provides:

Membership programs, forums, and peer groups.Virtual and in-person events (dinners, summits, webinars, etc.).Educational and networking resources.Business matching, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.

Services may evolve, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of them at our discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and updated information when registering or engaging with our services. Use our services only for lawful purposes. Respect other members’ privacy and confidentiality. Refrain from harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior in forums, events, or communications. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

4. Membership & Payments

Membership Fees: Some services require payment (e.g., premium memberships, sponsorships, events). All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.Billing: By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.

Refunds: Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable. Certain event or membership fees may have separate refund policies.

Renewals: Memberships may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.5. Intellectual PropertyAll content on our website, events, and community—including logos, text, graphics, videos, and other materials—is owned by Cyber GTM Alliance or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.You retain ownership of the content you post or share in our community but grant us a license to use it for operational, promotional, and community purposes.6. Third-Party ServicesWe may feature or integrate with third-party services (e.g., event platforms, payment providers, sponsors). We are not responsible for their practices, terms, or content.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.We do not guarantee specific outcomes from membership, partnerships, or events. Networking, business connections, and results are the responsibility of participants.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber GTM Alliance, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.Loss of business opportunities, data, or profits.Issues arising from member interactions, third-party services, or event participation. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cyber GTM Alliance, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Event Participation

By attending our in-person or virtual events, you acknowledge that: Photos, recordings, or transcripts may be taken and used for promotional purposes. You participate at your own risk. You are responsible for your conduct and any agreements you make with other participants.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

12. Event Participation Disclaimer

By attending or participating in any in-person or virtual events organized by the Cyber GTM Alliance, you acknowledge and agree that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. The community and its administrators are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, damages, losses, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after such events. You are solely responsible for your own safety, belongings, and actions while participating.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Oregon.

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” above indicates the latest version. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
